TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Conference registration mandatory for quiz participation and presentation. ISA membership mandatory
    for quiz participation and paper/poster presentation.
  • One person can register for one workshop.
  • Registration for the conference is not compulsory to register in workshop.
  • Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
  • Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
  • For accompanying persons below 6 Years, registration is free.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
  • 75% Refund till 30th June 2024
  • 50% refund till 31st July 2024
  • No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after 1 st August 2024.
  • All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
